Booking

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the email confirmation and payment of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.

• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: no refund.

Security Deposit

A €300 security deposit may be requested upon arrival (not cashed). It will be refunded after departure, minus any damage if applicable.

Liability

Guests are kindly asked to follow the house rules and respect the peace of the surroundings. Caribbean House cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or accident occurring on the premises.
